“We really appreciate such a step of solidarity ... on the part of France - the allocation of €1.2 billion in macro-financial assistance to Ukraine,” Zelensky was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
According to him, this will really help Ukraine to stabilize the economy.
Zelensky stressed that this is "a powerful step for the economic resilience of Ukraine."
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that in recent months Ukraine has received about $1.5 billion in support from Western partners.
