Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung returned to Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam after about a month.



He poured out customized promises to make the area around Boolean into a one-hour life zone by constructing a mega city and expanding the transportation network.

Candidate Lee, who gave an impromptu speech at Haeundae, Busan, first apologized for the Democratic Party's irresponsibility in relation to the sexual harassment case of former Mayor Oh Keo-don.



He then emphasized the need for a political change to overcome the huge two-party system, and said, "We must not choose between the policies of Park Chung-hee and Kim Dae-jung."



As if conscious of the recent stagnant approval ratings and the controversy over private errands for spouse Kim Hye-kyung, he emphasized his will to overcome the crisis.
