“On the fact of the snow masses coming off during the dismantling of a water pipe located on the territory of one of the coal mining enterprises of the district, as a result of which one worker died, a criminal case was initiated,” the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the region said in a statement.
The case was opened under the article on violation of safety rules in the conduct of construction or other work.
It is noted that the investigation team left the scene.
