People's Power Presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol has promised that the government will pay the victims in advance in response to the 'Bad Fathers' non-payment of child support, which maliciously fails to pay statutory child support.

Candidate Yoon announced this promise with the 21st series of '59 Second Shorts', which introduces the promise through a short video.

Candidate Yoon explained the background for the selection of the pledge, saying, "The government announced that it would legally push forward with the disclosure of the Bad Fathers' identity, but it was determined that it would be difficult for the victim to guarantee an immediate livelihood by simply revealing the identity."

For non-payment cases that have been paid in advance by the government, it has been announced that the Bad Fathers will be charged additionally.

Candidate Yoon also pledged to make it mandatory to provide feedback to job seekers who were eliminated in the final stage of public institution or corporate recruitment as the 22nd '59 Second Shorts' pledge.

Candidate Yoon added, "We leave the feedback format to the autonomy of the recruitment agency, and provide feedback only to requested applicants to pursue consideration and development between the recruitment agency and the job seeker during the hiring process."
