Earlier, Victoria Nuland, in an interview with TASS, said that Washington was "almost sure" of Moscow's responsibility for leaking US and NATO responses to Russia's proposals for security guarantees.
According to her, "the marks on the document were the same" that were on the "transferred by the United States to the Russian Federation."
On January 26, the Russian Foreign Ministry received a written response from the United States to proposals for security guarantees.
Representatives of NATO also gave a response to the Russian side.
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has said that Washington does not plan to make a public response.
