German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that Berlin does not supply lethal weapons to Ukraine, but this does not negate the possibility of further cooperation and support in the future.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba noted that Ukrainians will remember the reluctance of the German authorities to supply weapons to Kiev for decades.
