El País publishes US and NATO response to Russian security proposals

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the United States and other NATO countries ignored key Russian security concerns.

According to the Russian leader, the arguments of Western countries about the ability of states to freely choose how to ensure their protection do not take into account the second part of the formula for the indivisibility of security, according to which it is unacceptable to strengthen defense at the expense of others.
