Moderna's chief medical officer, Paul Burton, told CNN that "If you get Moderna's vaccine and get a booster shot, you'll get a great level of protection against the protozoan COVID-19 virus as well as the omicron species."



However, he said, "About six months after vaccination, the level of protection began to decline," he predicted.
