UN Secretary General Guterres said he maintains constant contacts with the permanent representative of Ukraine

“The Secretary General does not believe that there will be a military conflict.

He and his team are in contact with the permanent representatives of the respective countries on this issue," Guterres said in a statement to TASS.

Earlier, Guterres said that he would make every effort to reduce tensions in Ukraine.
