Earlier it became known that the authorities of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are negotiating after a shootout on the border of the two states, the situation in the conflict area remains tense.
According to media reports, as a result of shooting on the Tajik-Kyrgyz border, six people were injured, all are citizens of Tajikistan.
CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas called on Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to immediately cease fire on the border of the two states.
