He also stressed that in the event of military aggression and the failure of diplomatic methods, "serious consequences" are coming.

Earlier it became known that the European Union extended economic sanctions against Russia for six months.

At the end of December, Michel said that the leaders of the European Union during the summit in Brussels unanimously agreed on the extension of economic sanctions against Russia.
