According to the lawyer, the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not put on the wanted list probationers, even if they evade the restrictions placed on them.

In such cases, the probation is usually changed to a real conclusion, and only if the location of the convicted person fails, he is put on the wanted list, Craft said.

“There are two options: either he is charged with a new crime, or the Ministry of Internal Affairs used this method to look for him, because until now he has not been replaced with a suspended sentence for a real one.

Maybe this decision is due to the fact that he decided to leave Russia, ”Ilya Remeslo told RT.

On January 26, it became known that the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put Alexei Navalny's brother Oleg on the federal wanted list.

Earlier, the Federal Penitentiary Service asked the court to replace Alexei Navalny's brother Oleg with a suspended sentence with a real one.

In August 2021, a court in Moscow gave Navalny's brother a one-year suspended sentence for violating sanitary standards during an unsanctioned protest.
