It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the statement of the South Korean department.
“It was decided to raise the warning level for travel to 12 regions to the third level ... The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, monitoring the situation in Ukraine, if necessary, will consider the possibility of declaring a third level, which implies a recommendation to evacuate, for the entire territory of the country,” the statement says.
Earlier, Canadian authorities called on the families of Canadian diplomats in Ukraine to leave the country.
