“Like all citizens of Russia, Ramzan Kadyrov can stand as a candidate in the next presidential election,” Peskov said.
He noted that "this right is enshrined in the Constitution for every citizen of the Russian Federation of a certain age and who does not have any legal restrictions on this matter."
Peskov also commented on Kadyrov's words about Ukraine.
