The term of arrest is set to March 23.

As specified, Kveidze was charged under Part 4 of Art.

159 of the Criminal Code "Fraud on an especially large scale".

In December 2017, the court sentenced Ulyukaev to eight years in prison and a fine of 130 million rubles.

He was convicted of accepting a $2 million bribe from Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin.
