Elizabeth II categorically refuses .. food forbidden by royal order

A former royal chef revealed a food that Britain's Queen Elizabeth II hates, stressing that she decided to ban eating it in the royal palace.

Darren McGrady, who worked for the Queen and the late Princess Diana as head chef for a long time, said that the 95-year-old Queen Elizabeth had ordered garlic to be removed from the menu in all her royal palaces.

"Queen Thom never had a menu," he added.

Because she hates its smell and taste.”

McGrady also revealed that there is another food the Queen prefers to avoid, which is onions, saying: "We could never serve anything with garlic or a lot of onions."

He added: “We were also not allowed to serve rare or undercooked meat;

Because she always liked well-cooked meat, the Queen was strict in this regard.”

And the newspaper pointed out, according to “Sputnik”, that the royal chef is not the only one who revealed this secret, as Camilla Parker, wife of British Crown Prince Charles, said some time ago that the Queen is not a fan of garlic.

When asked what food members of the royal family don't eat, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, said: "I hate to say this, but it's garlic... garlic is banned on the royal menu."
