The Japanese Foreign Ministry noted that despite the diplomatic efforts of the parties, the situation may change unexpectedly.
“For this reason, for the entire country, the travel risk level is raised to the third, that is, “please refuse to travel,” the ministry clarifies.
Earlier, Japanese Cabinet Secretary General Hirokazu Matsuno urged Japanese citizens in Ukraine to take all possible security measures and be prepared for changes in the situation.
