Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung, standing on the podium with lawmakers belonging to the Democratic Party, again bowed to the people after two months.



He apologized for the lack of a lot in the past, and promised to repay the Democrats with new politics.



He visited Seongnam City, his political base, and blushed for understanding over the controversy over swearing at his family.

Candidate Lee pledged to link the entire metropolitan area to a 30-minute living area by easing the regulations on the reconstruction of the first new city and creating an additional GTX line, a metropolitan express railway.



However, even though it was made as a pledge tailored to the metropolitan area, there were also pointed out within the party that it would be difficult to pass the preliminary feasibility study due to the low economic feasibility.



Incumbent members of the 7-member Association, a group close to Lee, declared that they would not hold an appointed position even if Lee was elected president, firing the signal for a personal renewal of the Democratic Party.



Candidate Lee, who visited 7 cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do the day before and yesterday, is also focusing on capturing the hearts of the people in the metropolitan area today (25th).



After announcing an agricultural pledge in Pocheon, Gyeonggi, he plans to visit Gapyeong, Namyangju, Hanam, Guri, and Uijeongbu in succession to meet with citizens and appeal for support.
