'Gotham City' is a fictional local name in the movie Joker, but the residents of Missouri, oddly enough, received this alert.
Moreover, the 'purple/green 1978 Dodge 3700GT vehicle' and license plate 'UKIDME' described in the disaster alert are similar to the car used by Joker's men in the 1989 movie 'Batman'.
On the 19th local time, foreign media such as CNN in the United States reported that an emergency alert reminiscent of the movie 'Batman' was sent across Missouri on the 18th.
The emergency alert sent throughout Missouri is a 'green alert', a system designed to quickly deliver information to local residents about 'violent offenders who have caused murder or serious injury or pose an existing threat to law enforcement'.
