“This can be avoided if Washington reacts positively to our draft agreements on security guarantees, to which we expect to receive a written article-by-article reaction from the American side next week,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Earlier, Blinken said that the talks in Geneva turned out to be frank and substantive.
Lavrov noted that after the US response to the Russian security proposals, which Washington promised to present next week, his new contact with the US Secretary of State is planned.
