The charge of complicity in murder was brought against Rodolphe Jaar during his appearance before the Miami court.

This Haitian-Chilean faces life in the United States for material assistance that resulted in death.

Clearly, if Rodolphe Jaar did not fire, he, according to the file, admitted to FBI investigators having provided weapons and ammunition to the commando of Colombians responsible for the assassination of the Haitian president who was shot 12 times. at his private residence on July 7.

The assassination plan partly fomented in Florida

Several members of the commando would also have been hosted by Rodolphe Jaar and he himself would also have participated in a meeting with one of the alleged masterminds of the plot.

If American justice has jurisdiction in this case, it is because the plan to assassinate Jovenel Moïse was partly fomented in Florida.

Rodolphe Jaar is the second suspect charged by American justice after

retired Colombian soldier Mario Palacios in

early January.
