The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, quoting Israeli sources, said that the UAE is looking to expand its arsenal of Israeli defense systems, following the attack on UAE territory.
The head of the Israeli company "Skylock" Defense Systems said that the Emiratis requested their urgent support after the attack.
The newspaper added that the required arsenal includes anti-drone defense systems, noting Abu Dhabi's purchase and deployment of one of these systems in recent months.
"They (the Emiratis) are now asking us what we can provide them with as quickly as possible from a long list of systems," Skylock CEO said following this week's attack.
On Monday, the Houthi group announced that it had carried out a qualitative military operation deep in the UAE, and confirmed the targeting of vital facilities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai by drones, ballistic and winged missiles.
The UAE said it reserves the right to respond to what it described as terrorist attacks on its soil. Keywords:
