List: Three shortcomings in the evidence that lowered the perpetrator's age

After the man was convicted of two rapes and served his sentence as an adult, he presented new evidence and was granted rescission.

The Court of Appeal then changed his age assessment to that he was a minor when the crimes were committed.

As a result, the man received SEK 840,000 in damages from the state.
