“A video has been circulated in the media, which shows how a man in the capital’s public transport speaks aggressively against other passengers,” the report says.

As noted, in the actions of a man, there are signs of a crime, namely, inciting hatred or enmity, committed with the threat of violence.

A criminal case has been initiated on this fact (clause “a”, part 2, article 282 of the Criminal Code of Russia).

Earlier, the head of Dagestan, Sergei Melikov, commented on a video circulating on social networks in which a young man comes into conflict with passengers on a Moscow bus and makes “nationalist statements”.

He expressed the hope that law enforcement agencies will evaluate the behavior of the man.
