• The ETA attack reappears with a bomb in Barajas T4;

    there are two victims

  • The sentence One thousand years in prison for each of the ETA members who attacked the T-4

That attack, which was defined by the then Prime Minister as an "accident", claimed two lives, in addition to destroying the parking area of the emblematic T-4 at

Barajas

airport .

The attack took place when Zapatero's Executive was negotiating with the terrorist organization ETA.

This attack perpetrated by ETA 15 years ago is still "alive" in the National Court, it has not prescribed and there is a court that has this investigation open.

Now, the Dignity and Justice association, in this new judicial strategy against the heads of ETA, has brought a new complaint to that investigating court in which it expands the accusation to four heads of ETA for this double crime, in which more than 70 people were affected as well.

Following the criteria of the previous complaints, the association of Daniel Portero understands that the heads of ETA are as responsible as the commandos for the attacks.

In this court a case is already being investigated against ETA leaders investigated for the attack against Gregorio Ordóñez, leader of the PP in the Basque Country.

In addition, in another court there are also actions against 11 ETA leaders for the attack against the Supreme Court magistrate Querol Lombardero.

ETA carried out the attack on T4 on December 30, 2006 by detonating a van-bomb.

Diego Armando Estacio and Carlos Alonso Palate were assassinated.

The complaint is directed against the presumed members on that date of the Executive Committee of ETA or 'Zuba'. It is its highest management body and "they were in control of the organization at the time of the events. It is Aitzol Iriondo, alias" Gurbitz "and" Barbas "(alleged head of the" Military Apparatus "); Mikel Kabikoitz Carrera Sarobe , 'Ata', possible head of the 'logistics apparatus', Joseba Andoni Urrutikoetxea Bengoetxea, 'Josu Ternera', alleged head of the 'political apparatus', and Ainhoa Ozaeta, 'Kuraia', alleged head of the "Treasury Apparatus".

Dignity and Justice acts against the leaders of ETA "by mediate authorship through organized power apparatus and at least in commission by omission of the top leaders and members of the intermediate chain of command of ETA in the crime of terrorist murder with treachery and injuries terrorists ".

The complaint is filed in court 1, which is the one that instructs the cause for the T4.

The complaint does not include Garikoitz Aspiazu, 'Txeroki', with responsibilities also in the 'military apparatus' as a member of the Executive Committee since he is already on trial in this case.

The victims understand - and they confirm this in their complaint - that there is data in sentences and in police reports that support the participation of the Executive Committee of ETA in the launching of attacks such as that of the T 4. There is a direct implication " de la Zuba in deciding the attack on T4, and in facilitating the van-bomb to the Elurra command, "which carried out the action.

Dignidad y Justicia considers proven facts "the direct involvement of the ETA leadership in the attack on Barajas T4; that such attack was, in fact, selected as a target by Zuba and carried out following its express and very precise instructions regarding its modus operandi ". He understands this accusation to the point that "he came to impart all this directly and in person through one of his own members of Zuba and a senior person in charge of his military apparatus," Txeroki.

He understands that it was also the Executive Committee itself that was in charge of "organizing and providing the effective delivery of the vital commissive means the same day before, on December 29, 2006 (the van-bomb loaded with explosives)."

Everything is delivered to them already perfectly prepared, by Zuba, according to the complaint to which EL MUNDO has had access.

The victims demand that the investigating judge officiate both the Police and the Civil Guard to send reports on the composition on behalf of the entire command structure of ETA, intermediate and superior of the Zuba itself or Executive Committee at the time of the facts object of the present complaint ".

This documentation has already been requested from the State Security Forces by Judge Santiago Pedraz in the case that follows for the murder of magistrate Querol Lombardero.
