He also stated that there is no scheduled date for further talks with Russia.
“We need to first consult with allies and partners,” Sullivan said.
Earlier, UN Secretary General António Guterres said that negotiations between the United States and Russia on security guarantees should help reduce tension and the level of confrontation.
