A few days ago, a video circulating on social networks shows a young Chadian, facing the camera, responding to alleged kidnappers from the Libyan desert.
They threaten to kill him if his parents do not pay a ransom of 35 million.
The young man replies with pride that he is Chadian and is not afraid.
The video goes viral and several ministers react each on social networks calling for an energetic reaction to save this compatriot mistreated in Libya.
Upon verification, the scene would be a montage.
The episode made react the Prime Minister who recalled in a circular which leaked, the members of the government, "
with the discipline and the duty of reserve
".
The Chadian web is used to heated exchanges between members of the government and citizens, exchanges where sometimes the names of birds appear.
The government spokesperson and the Secretary of State for Public Health are masters in this exercise.
It is therefore to whistle the end of this recreation that the head of government wished to recall that a minister cannot have a personal opinion on subjects of public interest on social networks.
It is on purpose that the government has a spokesperson in order to channel its solidarity communication and this one must not speak until after the opinion of his hierarchy, recalls the Prime Minister.
