Russian embassy responded to US statements about Moscow-induced crisis

The embassy noted that American officials often turn facts upside down.

Earlier, Wendy Sherman, during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, discussed a meeting of the Russia-NATO Council, scheduled for January 12.
