Prime Minister Kishida met with former Prime Minister Abe of the Liberal Democratic Party on the night of the 11th and exchanged opinions on foreign policy, such as responding to North Korea, which launched a ballistic missile.

The meeting was held for more than two hours while eating in Tokyo at the request of Prime Minister Kishida.

This is the first time the two have had a dinner since the inauguration of the government in October last year.

Among them, North Korea, which launched a ballistic missile last week, launched a possible missile on the 11th, and opinions were exchanged on future responses to the abduction, nuclear and missile issues.

In addition, bilateral relations with China and Russia were also talked about.

Meanwhile, at the meeting, Mr. Abe expressed his intention to evaluate the contents of the report compiled by the government's Council of Experts last month on the ideal way of stable succession to the throne.
