According to him, in the city district police officers check documents of foreign citizens.

Checks are carried out in hostels, rented apartments. 

The commandant of Nur-Sultan, Yerzhan Sadenov, urged residents to maintain calm and law and order in the city, as well as not to violate the established curfew regime.

“Any illegal actions will be strictly suppressed,” he warned.
