“In total, there are about 60 thousand Russians on consular registration in Kazakhstan,” the DSKTs told RIA Novosti.
To date, the Russian Foreign Ministry has received several hundred appeals from Russians asking for export from Kazakhstan.
Mostly they came from Almaty.
Priority is given to children and schoolchildren.
