Case 1: Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province arrested a criminal gang that forged and sold fake certificates, arrested 40 criminal suspects, and seized more than 40,000 fake certificates.
Recently, the Jiangyin City Public Security Bureau of Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, based on the clues obtained in the early stage, conducted investigations on illegal use of information networks and the crimes of forging, altering, or buying and selling official documents, certificates, and seals of state agencies. In order to avoid supervision, the website server was set up overseas, and a related database was built to verify the fake certificates produced and sold. The fake website is extremely similar to the official website, and some domain names are only a few letters away. , Has a strong deceptiveness.
Shi and Liu bought color printers, stencil printers, computers related to the production of fake certificates, as well as a large number of forged official seals of 236 state agencies, more than 20,000 copies of raw materials for fake certificates, and developed 34 downstream middlemen in 6 provinces. The illegal and criminal activities of manufacturing and selling counterfeit certificates were rampantly engaged in online orders and offline SF Express payment methods. A total of 48,000 counterfeit certificates were sold to provinces across the country.
The false certificates forged and sold include special operation certificates of emergency management departments in various places, special equipment safety management and operator certificates of market supervision departments, and special construction personnel certificates of housing and urban-rural construction departments.
Case 2: Renshou County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, detected a case of forging and selling fake certificates for special operations, arrested 14 criminal suspects and seized more than 3,000 fake certificates.
Recently, the Cyber Police Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Renshou County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province discovered that someone used the Internet to pretend to be the websites of the Emergency Management Department, Urban-Rural and Housing Construction Department of Guangdong, Sichuan, Jiangsu and other provinces, and used WeChat, QQ and other methods to sell fake electricians and welders. There are more than thousands of special operation licenses, and the social harm is very serious.
The Public Security Bureau of Renshou County filed the case for investigation, and deployed key police officers to set up a task force. They went to Sichuan, Henan, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Hebei and other places to arrest suspected criminal gangs headed by Zhang, Zhang, Zeng, etc. There were 14 people, more than 3,000 forged special operation licenses were seized, and 8 mobile phones, 2 computers, and a large number of counterfeit tools and materials were seized.
The criminal group set up the website server overseas, built fake websites such as the "National Work Safety Examination System", and forged special operation licenses to make sales.
Case 3: Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province arrested a criminal gang that forged and sold fake certificates, arrested 4 main criminal suspects, and seized more than 100 fake certificates.
Recently, the Railway Public Security Department of Kaiyuan City, Yunnan Province, based on relevant clues, conducted investigations. From September to November 2021, they arrested 4 in Yiliang County, Yunnan Province, Xinyang City, Henan Province, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia, and Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The main criminal suspects successfully eliminated a criminal gang that produced and sold counterfeit special operation licenses, investigated and dealt with 71 illegal personnel buying and selling fake special operation licenses, seized 112 counterfeit special operation licenses, 2 sets of counterfeit equipment, and 1930 certificates of raw materials were issued, and one network information company that produced and set up counterfeit websites and 6 government websites including counterfeit emergency management departments were investigated and dealt with. The case is under further trial.
Upon review, the criminal gang headed by the suspect Feng was responsible for making fake certificates, Yu was responsible for renting overseas servers to build a counterfeit national special operation certificate inquiry system, and Xu and Ge were responsible for the distribution of fake certificates.
The fake certificates forged by the criminal gang involved multiple departments including emergency management, housing and urban-rural development, human resources, and social security, and the fake state agency websites set up were extremely confusing.
The above-mentioned typical cases are bad in nature and have extremely bad social impact. The forged false certificates were obtained illegally by a large number of people who do not have relevant professional knowledge and skills, which lays major safety hazards to social governance and safe production, and may endanger the people.
