“They do not imply participation in the direct suppression of performances.

Their role is to secure the facilities.

They were introduced in such numbers solely to demonstrate that the CSTO countries, and above all Russia, are on the side of stabilization in Kazakhstan and that under these conditions they support the current president of the republic, and this is Mr. Tokayev.

And, in general, Mr. Tokayev needs this - to be supported in front of the whole world and in front of all Kazakhstan, ”the deputy said.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization had made a decision to send collective peacekeeping forces to Kazakhstan for a limited period.
