Lebanon..impersonators of security robbed the visitors of a betting cafe two billion pounds

Last night, a cafe in the southern town of Ansar was subjected to a looting of two billion Lebanese pounds, by unknown persons impersonating one of the official security services.



According to the National News Agency, around the first hour of midnight on Monday-Tuesday, six masked people in two cars with darkened windows stormed the cafe in the main street in Ansar town with military pistols in their possession. Bets and financial deliberations, they robbed the amount of nearly two billion Lebanese pounds, seized the car keys of those present and their phones, and fled.



The owner of the café at the Al-Duwair police station claimed unknown persons.
