He also stressed that he appreciates the United States' support for Ukraine.
Earlier, Biden promised Zelensky "a decisive response" in the event of an aggravation of the situation on the Ukrainian border.
In June, it was reported that most Ukrainians were skeptical of Zelenskiy's intention to de-oligarchize the country.
