Under such conditions, drivers may incorrectly assess the speed of movement and allow it to be exceeded, ”the State Traffic Inspectorate said in a Telegram message.
The traffic police noted that free roads are not a reason to increase speed.
The department added that the higher it is, the more serious the consequences of the accident.
The day before, it was reported that employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Moscow had identified more than 70 drivers with signs of alcohol intoxication per day.
