During the day, the bulk carrier Almirante Storni sails on to Lysekil, where the cargo that caught fire in December will continue to be unloaded.

Until now, the ship has been in the port of Gothenburg after the extinguishing work could be completed quickly after arrival.

- It has been a big job for us, to be a coordinator and keep all parts together with all actors involved.

We have only been happy to be able to put up with this.

It is an obligation we have as a designated port of refuge, says Stefan Strömberg, press officer at the port of Gothenburg.

According to P4 Väst, 30,000 cubic meters of timber must now be unloaded in Lysekil.

A project that will take between two and three weeks and employ 20 people.
