- So far, we have been able to carry out all the autumn and winter performances.

But when we now see cases that can be linked to each other, we have taken this decision as a safety measure to wait for test results and prevent the spread of infection, says Christina Björklund, CEO of the Gothenburg Opera in a press release.

No cases among the soloists

In addition to "Love spares no one", the performance "Ragnarök" is canceled on Sunday evening and a thirteen-day concert.

The hope is that the performances will resume from 9 January.

According to Emil Rinstad, press officer at the Gothenburg Opera, there are no established cases among the soloists.

Everyone who has tickets is contacted.

- You get your money back, it is of course very boring even if people may have been refined now, says Emil Rinstad.
