meters was recorded in a residential apartment building in the city of Chistopol.
Firefighters found out that a sofa had caught fire in a one-room apartment on the third floor.
The fire was liquidated, all the victims were hospitalized.
Earlier, due to the use of pyrotechnics in Irkutsk, the cladding of the upper floors of a multi-storey building caught fire.
