The head of healthcare about the staff situation at Sundsvall Hospital: "May need to prioritize among patients"

- When you have completed care, we want to be able to have a quick turnover, but if you are in need of care, you will get it, says Anders Lundin, acting area director.

On Thursday, the region went into staff mode at Sundsvall Hospital.

But the situation can quickly change to a higher state of readiness or lower.

Reconciliations are made daily.

Staff are struggling

Staff situation is the first level of preparedness out of three. 

- There are many who have to work extra shifts and the staff toils very hard.
