Patrik Nilsson from Landskrona has become one of 139 selected to ride.

He has several Vasaloppet in the back but he is convinced that this will be the most fun and challenging.

Everything should be up to date, clothes, equipment and food along the way.
It will also be tracked in the traditional way with horse and sleigh where it is not just packed snow, he says.
Right now he is preparing as much as he can in the tracks at Vallåsen, and much is about getting to know the equipment that differs markedly from modern ski equipment.
