“I condemn the intention of the Georgian penitentiary service to transfer a citizen of Ukraine, chairman of the executive committee of the National Council for Reforms under the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Saakashvili, from a military hospital in Gori back to prison,” she wrote on Telegram.

The Ombudsman asked foreign states and international human rights organizations "to firmly condemn the actions of Georgian officials."

According to RIA Novosti, earlier Saakashvili, who is being treated at the Gori military hospital after the hunger strike, said that he was informed of the decision to take him out of the military hospital, and when he resisted, his pressure rose and he lost consciousness.
