According to the decision from the administrative court, the man must not have been present on several occasions and made false allegations as an explanation.
Among other things, the man is said to have said that he was at home babbling - even though he has no children.
Threatened police
The man has also threatened a police officer in connection with speeding, where he said that the police officer could expect to lose his job after reporting them, as he is a lawyer and board member.
The man is now also fired from his assignment at Norrköping District Court.
In light of previous events, he is considered unsuitable in the role of board member, reports the news agency Siren.
