- People in their 90s have been called and pretended to be from either the police, a credit institution or some form of security department.

In two of the cases, a person also came to these people's addresses and resorted to bank cards, says Filip Annas, press spokesperson at the police.

In one of the cases, money must have been withdrawn from the account.

TT: You often hear about scams against the elderly, but six cases in one and the same evening, is it something that stands out?

- The phenomenon is unfortunately not unusual, but that it happens to so many in such a short time, I would still say is one of the unusual.

The police have held interrogations with the plaintiffs and will now proceed with investigative technical measures.

No suspect has been arrested.
