“The constitution of Moldova states that we are a neutral country, no one has changed the constitution, there are no such initiatives, we do not pose any military threat to anyone, we want the situation to develop peacefully,” RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.

According to the constitution of Moldova, the republic has a neutral status, but since 1994 the country has been cooperating with NATO within the framework of an individual partnership plan.
