The alarm came in shortly after 5 pm on Christmas Eve afternoon, and the rescue service sent personnel to the scene.
However, the building could not be saved, but had to burn down.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into a serious arson.

He says there are circumstances that indicate that the fire did not start by itself.
One person has been arrested on suspicion of the crime.
The site is cordoned off pending the police to carry out a technical investigation.
