"The Central MTU of the Federal Air Transport Agency has appointed a commission to investigate the incident in order to establish the causes of the aviation incident with flight SBI 1236 Saratov (Gagarin) - Moscow (Domodedovo)," RIA Novosti reported the department.

According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, the aircraft crew performed all actions in accordance with the instructions and made a regular landing at the capital's airport at 15:07 Moscow time.

The incident took place on December 24th.
