“Suddenly, an unknown person entered in a blue jacket with a hood on his head and in a black mask and with the help of an object that looked like a pistol, mortally wounded a citizen and disappeared,” Gorelykh said.
The identity of the deceased has been established - this is a man, presumably born in 1965.
A reinforced investigative-operational group of the territorial OVD is working on the spot.
Eyewitnesses are being interviewed.
Law enforcement agencies are trying to find out where and what the offender has disappeared on.
The senior assistant to the head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for the Sverdlovsk Region, Alexander Shulga, said that a criminal case had been opened under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
The investigation interrogated the witnesses and ordered a number of examinations.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee opened a case over the discovery of the bodies of two men in a shooting range in Tomsk.
