Rather than getting vaccinated to work, this nursing home manager chose to buy a fake health pass.

The first suspicions about this person in charge of an Ehpad date back to the end of October.

The investigation carried out by the gendarmes of La-Chapelle-la-Reine assisted by investigators from the Fontainebleau research brigade confirmed the possession of a false health pass and the involvement of one of his relatives.

Summoned to court in May

The two arrested recognized "the purchase of two fake health passes via an acquaintance", details the source of the gendarmerie.

At the end of her custody, the person in charge of the nursing home was presented to the public prosecutor of Fontainebleau and was notified of her placement under judicial supervision by the JLD.

She was forbidden to "exercise a medical or similar profession or any other profession in connection with a vaccination obligation, to appear in the establishment where she works, to come into contact with all persons of this establishment and to report monthly to the La-Chapelle-la-Reine gendarmerie ”.

The person in charge of the nursing home and the member of her entourage involved were summoned to court on May 23.
