The accident happened at half past seven and the vehicle is now in the middle of the rails, reports the police's spokesperson Mats Öhman.
There are electrical cables across the road according to information to SOS Alarm, but the power is now disconnected.
Rescue services and police are on site and there is a stop in train traffic.
No persons should have been injured in connection with the accident.
